iparamdam mo na kaya mo magmove-on.. wag u ipakita ung kahinaan u kc it may serve as an psycho advantage for your ex-partner..

show him/her kung ano nawala sa kanya... keep urself busy, find new friends and don't lose ur focus living ur normal life...

i don't know ung situation pero maganda na cguro ung cnabi q..hehe

im trying my best to 4gt abt him.. but i cnt stop thinking of him!!! its really HARD.

Stop looking at your ex's facebook and friendster profile. Better yet, remove him from your list of friends. That way you aren't reminded day and night what fool thing he's currently up to.
