under our law, pwede kasing tumakbo ang kahit sino buhay pa at kahit nakakulong pero wala pang hatol.

sablay talaga kasi nasa likod ka ng mga rehas pero ang lakas parin ng loob na tumakbo for candidacy. ganyan ang pinoy palaban!
