It depends sa school. Some departments actually have MOU with partner schools that allow faculty to "moonlight" with each other. But even when it is technically not allowed, schools tend to look the other way, rather than lose professors, lalo na yung talented talaga. Plus, moonlighting is still better than professors selling merienda to augment their income. IMHO lang naman. :wink:
