Hello Kindly help me to find a memo or by laws that the full time faculty members are not allowed to take a part time job for other institutions. tanx pleas help me.

It depends sa school. Some departments actually have MOU with partner schools that allow faculty to "moonlight" with each other. But even when it is technically not allowed, schools tend to look the other way, rather than lose professors, lalo na yung talented talaga. Plus, moonlighting is still better than professors selling merienda to augment their income. IMHO lang naman. :wink:
