ask ko lang po sa inyo f wala ba 13 month pay ang isang employee na finish contract

hay naku friend... kasi according sa pagkakaalam ko.if an employee is only contructual, lalo pa at finish contract na xa wla xa matatanggap na 13month pay. if it is said to you by the management, dpat sa contrata nyo nakasaad dun ung about 13 month salary mo.

That's why I hate working with an employer. I would rather be the employer myself.

Start working on your own business... you'll never wait for a 13th month pay ever again.
