Positions

Customer Care Associate
Customer care associates process various incoming phone calls for assigned clients and programs, which may include providing billing, account, or technical support.

Customer Sales Representative
Customer sales representatives are responsible for processing various incoming and outgoing sales focused phone calls for assigned clients and program.

Technical Support, Help Desk Representative
Technical support representatives are responsible for monitoring system activity and functions and ensuring resolution and documentation of systems problems in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

Customer Service Agent
Customer service agents process various incoming and outgoing calls from numerous clients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards, as well as any federal laws and regulations.

Qualifications
 Must have finished at least two (2) years in college or possess a vocational/short course certificate.
 Excellent English communication skills.
 Good problem solving and decision making skills.
 Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
 Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
 Full-Time positions available.
 Knowledge in Computer Operating Systems and internet application like Microsoft Windows / XP
 Computer typing skills and ability to multi-task
