Sabi sa article na ito, dapat daw by the time you reach 30, then your salary should be four times your age! Basa: INQUIRER.net
BTW, don't bother going to the headhuntermanila.com website, as its currently "under construction".

an ad campaign for himself?
I guess many successful OFWs anywhere in the world would agree if i say na napaka-naive and irresponsible ng write-up na yun - especially in writing that "If you cannot make it here (Philippines), you cannot make it anywhere". ...i guess that's why he got so much negative comments from that one. i would agree na it's true to some - that age, that "ideal" salary - pero how could he speak so generally about somthing like that. That ratio is probably applicable to only 10% or less of the total workforce sa kahit saang lugar sa tin. It maybe a possibility but the sad part is that it is not the reality, not just in our country pero kahit saan. One of the top reasons why investors are relocating sa Pinas e dahil mura ang cost of labor. So how could you expect any company to pay that much to anyone above 30 ng ganun ganun na lang. There are so many factors and conditions that you have to consider to make this statement true for everyone. Mas maganda na lang siguro na we always look at the possitive attributes that we can capitalize on and the things na pwede natin improve to be more competitive sa chosen career natin. One thing that we should always focus on is improving our lifestyle. kahit nasan ka.. kahit magkano ang kita mo. if you are spending more than what you can earn in a month... sa kangkungan pa rin ang bagsak mo.
