hi,can i just ask on how can i possibly transfer to UP?

coz i dnt know what i'm goi n to do ....i wamt to take up fine arts in your school coz i knw your school is the best...can tou plz help me?

The policy varies by college and department. If you're going for a non-quota course, then it should be relatively easy if you have a clean academic record. I suggest you go to UP, and inquire at the appropriate department.

Insider's tip: transfer to an "easy" program first, one with not many applicants. At least UP student ka na. Then once in, you could try begging your way into another more competitive course.
