usually photoshopp pero minsan illustrator, fireworks, paint, gif animator... hehehehe... experiment with them all, sa trips lang

IMO
ang vector design ay isang uri ng design na gawa sa shapes and lines.
kahit i resize nya yung image kahit ganu kalake, ganun pa rin yung quality na makukuha mo. unlike bitmap by pixel sya so yung maliliit na image pag pinalake mo dba parang blurd.
