Q: Why do they say "its the most successful millionaire maker program"
in the Philippines? Is that true?

A: In real estate, it's "easier" to increase your net worth by buying a million peso (or more) property. The students of Think Rich Pinoy have actually done that several times. It's achievable within a year's time.
