hindi ko alam kung saan ako papanig sa issue na to... dapat nga ba ibigay ang custody ni Smith sa US? Eh pag tayo naman may mga nagawang krimen sa ibang bansa, ibinibigay ba ang custody ng mamamayan natin sa gobyerno ng Pilipinas, diba hindi?

he comit crime sa pinas & he was convicted too. dapat lng sa pinas sya ikulong...hndi sa us embassy..eh hndi teritory ng pinas ang ebassy nila kahit nsa pinas yan....ok tlaga pinoy rapist y supporte pa ha..

sa opinyon ko mas mabuti na philippine jail sya ikulong just like the others na nkagawa ng gnoong crimes. mukhang bang jail na pang rapist ang US embassy?? prang hindi ata.
